Repair & Restoration

Beyond painting, we handle the repair work that often comes with it: replacing and repainting window frames and panes that have started to deteriorate, and restoring exterior stucco around a property.

Our largest restoration project to date was extensive fire-damage repair on the exterior of an HOA recreation center following the Palisades fire, which included replacing double-pane glazed windows and wooden panels. On the same property we also refinished the wrought iron railings around the pool area, the tennis court fences and poles, and the light fixtures throughout.

We bring that same repair-and-restore approach to any property, matching new materials to what's already there so the finished work looks intentional, not patched.
